Did Valmount get rain to the top of the mountains?
Allan Creek looks to me like it's still good up high.

Rode allen creek yesterday.

Snow was pretty awesome up top.didnt have to venture far to find excellent snow.little heavy wet but still enjoyable.visibilty was zero basically.so stick to trees.socked in whole day and nuking.

The parking lot and trail up however are quite rough.

Like curtis says in the post Be careful on the switchbacks on the early season trail.they are quite bad.many open creeks but pretty easy to cross as of right now.whooped out right to the top of the trail.

Parking lot is a foot of slush.few guys were stuck.would recommend studded winters.

Play it safe for a while guys the avy conditions were sketchy on tuesday.

It is worth it to go up I would say if you are willing to endure a brutal trail in and a bit of work.

2 trucks left in prking lot when it was very dark leaving.hope those guys made it out ok.

Hope that helps guys.

We are trying our hardest to get Allan and Chappell Creek groomed for you all by Friday so keep your fingers crossed and pls come prepared for Friday if all goes as planned.

EVERYONE wants us to groom, but temps are warm and there is heavy precip. These are not ideal conditions, so please be kind and remember that we are doing this for you!

Ride safe and stay tuned for more updates as things change day to day in this weird weather.

The time we have all been waiting for!

DEEP snow and a couple groomed trails.

Allan and Chappell are groomed and ready for you all tomorrow. They will now be on our regular grooming schedule.

Clemina is delayed as we work with Ledcor and Trans Mountain to find a safe access solution. We all hope this will be soon and will keep you all updated.

The lower valley trails are extremely thin so be patient with our grooming as we await more snow to work with.

Ride safe everyone and welcome to the 2021/2022 season 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Tried to switch from Revy to Vale this weekend but the boys couldn't get rentals so we'll stick to the original plan. You boys enjoy all that pow up there!

We have some great news! As of tomorrow, Clemina Creek will be open and on our normal grooming schedule.

Our great grooming crew is getting the trail set today, and it will be drug again tomorrow for the final set. Please be prepared to purchase trail passes as of tomorrow Dec 10th.

There are a few things to know so please read below:

- Ledcor and Trans Mountain have been working with us all summer and fall to try to provide access while the industrial operations continue. We have all had to compromise a bit.

- There is a new route for the first 2km and it will be UNGROOMED until we get a bit more snow and some brushing done. The first and last 2km may be bumpy, but the other 25 will be awesome!

- Please ask the booth attendant for directions or simply head up the hill directly beside the booth and follow the sled track along the hydro line until you pick up the groomed trail.

- Please ride cautiously and stay on the right side of the trail at all times! The trail can be thin, blind and steep at times.

- At 3km there is a 100m section of plowed road that we will be using together with trans mountain. Please ride slow and careful at all times.

- Watch for the groomer on the trail at all times!

It's not perfect, but it's darn close and we are extremely grateful for the cooperation of both Ledcor and Trans Mountain and we are extremely happy to say that Clemina will be groomed for the rest of the season.

Ride safe!
