Used sled prices

So what’s everyone’s opinion on the used sled market this year? I feel it’s going to start to drop with everything going on….that being said, some people are pretty delusional right now thinking there iron is worth more than what they paid for it new.

I don’t get it…are people actually paying those prices?

I get it last few years with more people getting into the sport and supply and demand issues that the demand was there but with travel back open I’m betting a lot of iron will be sitting around.

With new sled delivery being a complete unknown, I suspect the used market will stay strong this season. That being said, since the BOC hiked the interest rates up, the talk of a looming recession and the threat of nuclear war, I've noticed a lot of people are sitting on toys longer. I think there are a lot of people rethinking where they're spending their money at the moment. If things do go to the sh!tter and interest rates balloon up, I wonder how many guys are gonna be completely upside down on toys, trucks, heavy equipment etc.

Yeah I think there’s a lot of financing for toys. I refuse to finance toys. If you’re financing the majority of the purchase your upside down for sure(besides the last 2 years)

I can have just as much fun on a used or a leftover new sled. Never been into the latest and greatest.

I know one sled there is an abundance of is the tdoos. With the gen 5 out there is a pile for sale and I’m thinking a pile of guys waiting to see when there new one is coming.

Lot's of T-Doo's for sales but almost all of them at 'must be smoking crack' pricing. I am not paying $20-22k for your 2021 with 2000km and no warranty.

Depending on what warranty it is, aftermarket warranty is 2500 bucks. Guys complain that there is no extra warranty on a sled but than complain about it when the seller adds it to the price.

No I have 2 sleds already that Im happy with for now. Ill get a g5 when there is some to be had.

My buddy just sold his 2022 with 300km and extended warranty for that price.
If I didn’t have a g5 ordered, I would of bought it.

Lol, doubtful a small gauge G5 turbo with two year warranty is approximately the same price. Add 2500 bucks for the extra warranty.

So i have a 2022 expert turbo with 431 km on it, i paid 26478.00 out the door, now i had to pay for the extra warranty so what is it worth ?
