I work with a lot of people that live down near the boarder. Some get across no problem and others need vaccine proof. Depends on the person it seems. One guy showed his paperwork on his phone and the lady wouldn't even look at his phone citing 4th ammendment or something. Made him turn around and go get printed copies. This was last week
