Been out of the hunting game for about 8 years and looking to get back into it. The only problem is I am not sure where to go anyone willing to give up a good spot that on crown land not to far from Edmonton.

Now partner you are askin a lot from strangers without a single pic of the ol lady who will need lookin after while you are out in the bush to maybe never return!
Some serious trading will be needed for that kind of intel in season!

.................OK but seriously check on Alberta Realm for the previous year's success in the species you want. Go to the zone with decent success rate and some crown land.
About one month after hunting season ends go and GPS the game trails that are still in use. These are the home runs and where you will be most successful next year.
That is about it, unless someone divulges some GPS locations. Don't hold your breath.
