If someone is actively hunting and trespasses on land the fine and severity is much higher than a regular trespassing fee. I suspect that they will push for high fines as well as loss of hunting privilege's for x number of years. The laws were changed in Alberta some years ago to account for trespassing while hunting as it was getting out of hand (still is) and people would shoot animals on land they have no permission for and only get a small fine for trespassing and still keep said animal. A first offence for trespassing was not much of a deterrent.

Can we get a name on this trespasser?
I will not post more on the hunter or the guide/guiding company until prosecution is complete.
Until they are found guilty I could get slapped with slander.
Once done I will post more, I have a non-cell cam to check this weekend that they walked by just to firmly nail the guide's coffin shut.
They had been told to stay out (yes it is posted also) by my parents a couple hours prior to the pictures.
They drove in the yard and backed out (big yard to turn around in, very narrow lane) so their plate would not be exposed to the pole and shop mount live feed security cameras they parked in front of.
They had a plan and it failed.
Whatever I have on these guys is going to CO, I feel no need for mercy in this situation.

Any updates Randy?
I think the COs fawked up.
I contacted them 3 times by phone to give my written statement.
They kept saying they would get back to me, THEY NEVER DID.
They can charge but not presecute without my statement, pretty sure they did nothing.
Pretty hard to get anywhere with that kind of help.
Friend met the CO ice fishing - bit of a dick.

They are all useless, we deal with trespassers out at the farm all the time, the CO’s do nothing because it causes them work. They are about as useless as cops trying to find and stop the non stop break and enters around here. This society has turned them all into meter maids

Unfortunately this doesn’t surprise me one bit.
