An early morning ride to spirit lake with a good dinner.
1)Unload really early
2)Cross the dome as the sun comes up
3)At Spirit Lake by 9:00AM and no tracks!!!
4)Oops...stuck in the creek
5)Warming the soup
6)Eating shiskabobs
7)And popcorn for desert
Can't wait to do it again at MM09!!!

Thats a great area to ride Snochuk! Lots of boondock & tree riding. Looks like you hit it at the right time. Higgins.

Have any of the hills slid in there? We seen lots of fractures in there 18th. Theres a big one just off the trail at the drop in. We did'nt even go in there, too risky.

There are three different ways to drop down, the most common drop to the center of the lake has slid other years. Stay to the right tight to the trees and you should be clear of any slides, dropping in on the west end of the lake would not be advised this year and you better know which drop off to take on the east end of the lake or it's gonna hurt. These pics are three weeks old so there were no fractures when we where there.

Where exactly is Spirit Lake? We ride back to a lake but it doesn't sound like the same one.
