Soft brake lever

Hey guys got a 2003 Honda 350 4/4 front brake lever is soft gotta pump it 6 times to get pressure, bled the brakes today Seen all the air was out it improved slightly but not much any other guesses why? Thanks

Brake lever bypassing? happens on my mountian bike and the bike shop says to replace it.

adjust the brake shoe's in the front wheels there is a adjuster for each shoe easier if you take the drums off

Is it after you drive it for a bit? Could be a bent or warped disk pushing the pads out?

Just seen it’s an 03 Honda probably isn’t disk brakes lol.
