My son is 12 turning 13 in March. Been sledding since he was in momma’s belly. Took his 120 on the Corbin poker rally vintage ride when he was 4 and did lots of doubling with me. Now he’s on his own 850 154 and having the time of his life. I just wish this sport wasn’t so expensive and we could go way more often.

Put a few miles on at the farm.
Must have about 8-10km of trails in about 40 trail sections.
Got signs everywhere.

My son and I did a father son trip beginning of March for his birthday. Just turned 13. First day we rode over lichen to grizzly lodge and back over pokey home. We rode all day with Cody Mcnolty and Dave Norona. Those guys are wicked and really took my son under their wings all day. Cody was teaching him rentries and some jumping skills. They do a great job representing the skidoo Brand. Made my sons whole season. I think me and Dave partied a bit hard the night before. We were a bit sluggish on the mountain! The next day we rode another sick zone with just another father and son and had another “best day ever”. Funny how they all seem to be best days ever. Then the third day we took advantage of the stable snowpack and went for a huge glacier tour. 127km round trip. What a killer weekend and I’m so glad to be able to share this with my son. I hope we can do this for many more years to come and maybe one day I can ride with a grandchild! That boy of mine is going to be one heck of a rider as he gets older. This was the first trip where I got the nervous dad feeling on some of the pulls we had to do to get back to the glacier.

couple trail Avys to get up and over. Only had to double him up one crazy Pull. It’s SOOO cool to see him progress so fast He already wants to upgrade from his 15 800

Sledding has been a great investment in Family for us !!
Can’t wait till next season
