Simonette road

Looking to go somewhere else beside the whitecourt area in a couple weeks to camp and ride. Is there any decent riding /camping off the simonette road in from hiway 43

Not sure what’s for riding down the simonette. But there was a nice spot by the creek somewhere around 40-50. Been a few years since I’ve been down that road. Used to be able to free camp right off Hwy 43 at the Waskahigan River. Just north of the bridge on the west side of the road. Nice little spot, but they dug it up and out barriers to keep people out used to ride out from there along the river to the mouth where it dumps in the Little Smokey. Do some fishing.
