You might be better off getting that advice face-to-face in Revelstoke. Not a lot of people are gonna post on here. 10 years ago 51 had a pretty smooth trail. These days it has whoops bigger than the dunes of Oregon

Also, be advised Sol mountain area is mostly Monashee Provincial Park combined with a ski area. Be sure you make yourself aware of the closure, and ski terrain prior to any snowmobiling in that area.

Went there 15 years ago or so. 26 miles of 3' moguls. Each way. Never went back.

Where do you have to go, to take the back way up? We always went down to just before Shelter Bay and ride in. Did see other vehicles parked along side of the road traveling down, always thought they were going into Mt. Hall area.

There isn’t a back way in. I was just funnin. There used to be lots of short cuts up, but the trees have grown in. I think the willows are going to be the end of that area in the next few years.

I’ve also heard of this back way before. Last year we tried a different way up but the snow was too low to punch though We were dang close tho.
