heres one for all you guys that know their chit.......... im conflustercated on it now,
on my 05 1000 i put in a set of plugs runs great until i shut it off, try to restart bno go flooded like crazy pull out plugs no spark, replace plugs runs great and good spark till once again i shut it off and try to restart. it is like it is burning up the plugs or something. tried three sets this year already including the set that was new when i built the engine this spring.
my question is wtf would cause this?
also i think i need a new stator as i only get about .5 volts with high beams and high heaters on, at idle from pin to pin on it and battery voltage slowly drops if i watch on the voltmeter. i think that went last year though as the last ride if i remember right the hand warmers were not really warm.

plugs are just washed clean like new looking nearly except for a bit of oil film, and no fire in them. even if i dry them out with my small butane torch no life in them. put on a new set and nice blue spark and hard, if i leave the plug out and spin it over the spark jumps 1-2" from the boot to the plug hole, makes a big bang lol but cleans out the pipe. its really got me thinking wtf. friggen doos.

so i ripped her apart last night nice thing about the rev is you dont need to pull the engine to get the stator out. here are some pics,
dont knock the garage either lol, at least the mountains are always blue in there...............
i am thinking maybe the mag was cracked or something when i put it back together in spring and it finally came apart i dunno. but got a handfull of magnet for sale if anybody is interested. cheap.........
lucky it didn't bust the case or go through the seal either i think.

thats neat.
yeah sure it is, nothing another 1000 bucks cant fix.....
i am thinking it was causing my firing issue as well as the sensor was covered in a pile of magnet debris. and was just fluke the way it was occuring with the plugs. will find out friday after i get all the parts for it.
