Well, that's explains why the wipers didn't like to work.
The vacuum diaphragm has a tear.
Probably also why the car doesn't like to idle when warm.

Oil change tomorrow. See if I can lay down under it and get back up again. Or if the leg says nope. We ain't going that low. Lol.

Pump tucked away under the Generator.
Tomorrow I need to pull the pulley off the water pump and look into that. There seems to be a bit of radial play on the water pump. (Axial seems good)

For those wondering what the inside of a vacuum windshield washer motor looks like.

Took apart cleaned up. Smeared vacuum Grease on everything. And my wipers are working again.

See how long this bandaid repair lasts. Need to find a kit and rebuild it
