Pro front clutch with broken cover bolts

Just wondering if there is a way to remove broken cover bolts, they broke off right at the treads about 1inch down ?

Reverse drill bits?

Easy outs but some times not that easy to use on small diameter bolts.
May need heat also.

Reverse bits. Use some small tubing to hold the bit centered.
