my Dad dug out my grandpa's 68 sno cruiser last weekend after sitting since 1998. Grandpa bought it brand new. Didn't take much and it was ripping in the yard. Its the oldest sled I've ridden by a couple years anyways!

Oldest sled for me. This is my Dads 1964 bolens Hus-Ski 444 that I fully restored after he passed away. Definitely nothing like it. It will go through anything, it’s like a little bull dozer. At speed in deep snow the snow shoots straight sideways out of the tracks and all over the rider

Glad I hung onto this little piece of snowmobile history !!!

A crew of us took elans up Allen creek late March this year. I think mine and my brothers are the oldest being 1974. Most the elans are 335 single Olympic engine converted

started in 67 on a new 66 Olympic that our family doctor let me ride . my first one i bought myself was a new 70 Rupp 28 sprint. then a new Ski doo Elan..then a new 73 ski doo Olympic.. .that was my last new one.Old ones ever since ,bought our 78 ET 250 in about 83 without a hood..owners kid ran it under truck bumper..still have it and i found a 77 last yr too. had old ones every yr till 2 yrs ago when got run over by a pickup and broke back..cant ride the average rough sled anymore..if get my insurance settlement from the lawsuit. will look for a decent one to ride.
