So retired the xm and picked up a 18 summit x 165. PO bought it new and it’s pretty minty, other than he stripped one of the support area nuts while installing a license plate. Haven’t taken a close look yet, but is this area just thin aluminum that’s tapped or should there be a backer nut that is now missing? If it’s the former he stripped it pretty good, bolt goes in without even touching surrounding metal.
Anything else I should be checking on this when I give it a once over? 1600miles or so. Pretty stock other than bumpers. Revy in 3 weeks woot!
