New sled issue - 7s gauge doesn't stay on after turning motor off

I have the little baby battery for the gauge near the QD2. However every time I shut the sled off via tether or kill switch or key, the gauge instantly shuts off, so I don't think it is working.

Answer: Confirm your battery is actually connected to the wires that go it. Mine wasn't, and the battery still has plastic protector caps on its terminals.

Ask for that free jug of oil for your own PDI, that you paid for, but had to do yourself.
Makes a person wonder what they actually do and look at for PDI.
I tend to go through all my new sleds checking things anyway for my piece of mind.
