If anyone has one let me know ? Also I heard possibly the 2022 expert S module could be the same as the 2023. My dealer says there different part # and shows not available until march. Maybe someone could verify if there the same.

Sorry to hear that you looking for that so early in the season. The sleds are quite different so I would not think there compatible. Can you temporarily repair it?
Well I asked the dealer if we could just leave the s module and fix the a arms and shock and ride it, but he said that would be risky because its cracked at the top of the tower and the bottom. Going through insurance and think Im going just going to pick up a cheap sled to use for the season otherwise if cant get fixed til march.

To bad you can't weld with a cap plate.
Never was a fan of doo bulkhead system, the sleds only Achilles Heel.

So have some good news, I just talked to someone who successfully replaced a s module on a 23 turbo r expert with a 22 g4 expert turbo s module, he said it matched perfect but took 7 hrs to do lol. So Ill get my dealer to order up the 22 s module. Hopefully will have it back in a couple weeks then.

G4 clutching is perfect and does not burn belts.
Max said so.....

17’s and 18’s were problem ones but not all. 19’s they got their stuff together. Never had issues with my 19.

Ok thought I would share this because I have be digging into why this s module part # is different for 2023 turbo r expert. So when I use the parts finder for my local dealer I get two different part # when switching between the North America and the (TSPK) North America, what is the difference because the (TSPK) shows up as the same part # s module as the 2022 expert turbo does which they have in stock and when looking at the parts diagram it looks the same as the 2023 model as well.

Looking at the parts diagram, the only difference I see is the way the bottom plate attaches in the corner. One is a rivet, one a bolt - not sure that would change the part though.
I do notice that neither of the '23 diagrams show the add on reinforcement plate that is on the '18-'22's. Perhaps the 460 module is updated for 2023?
The TSPK seems to be an oddball in general. The parts diagrams also shows it with the G4 style driveshaft, oil tank and long tunnel style snowflap. I'm wondering if it is some sort of demo/prototype/non-production model.

Yah good eye, Well I talked to cycles and sleds in Utah today and they are the second ones to successfully install the 22 s module on a 23 turbo so I would say its a go for my dealer to do the same, Ill talk to my dealer tommorow morning when they open see if I can get the ball rolling.
