The crack in the sheave is what would scare me. I honestly wouldn't chance it.

Skip to 0:22 this supports thunder products post. With all the bolts removed my clutch cover was still STUCK on the clutch. The spring pressure wasn’t even enough to take it off. The ZRP cover went on flawlessly.
I inspected my clutch top to bottom before being shipped off to get balanced.
Ummm, not a Cat clutch....Great post Jeff, A/C quality control has really gone into the dumpster in the last few years. In the years i have own Cat's i have never seen it this bad. Poor fitment, snow ingestion, wiring issues, clutch issues with machining, tunnel strength issue's and on it goes.
I think some of these issues is because many of their component are no longer done in house but contracted out. Example is wiring, put together in Mexico by some old lady i'm sure. Almost lost KB sled because of it and Cat would not even acknowledge it.
