No idea, but I will investigate.

You can get a standard Sea-Doo spark (60HP) for $6500 new and then flash it to 110hp.

That is what I know so far.
I have a 90hp seadoo spark already, but good luck finding one for that price!

I paid 7500$ last year and i put it on kijji for 9000$ and got like 20 messages a day before i decided to keep it.

World wide seadoo shortage right now.

In 2016 buddy bought a new non current Duramax GM for a great price of $71,000. Just sold it with 75,000km a few weeks ago for $70,000 to a broker. Actually had 3 brokers fighting over it. Unfortunately he had to buy a new one and paid $93,000. Crazy what stuff is selling for.

^^^^ That's what I envision, doing the Superman off the front. Be fun in little lazier creeks etc though...

I think it would be ok as long as you didnt get carried away trying to ride white waters.

Cruising up the red deer river be alright i think.

Kanedog 2015-2019, thanks for the good times S&M!
3/16" thick bottom with almost no stiffeners seems like a recipe for a lot of dents to me.

Would be cool to try, but all I can picture is hitting a rock, getting thrown off and into more rocks, getting knocked unconscious, then drowning.
That’s quite the chain of events! Great description!
The rider must be French. Your right. He could die.

He has been building jet boats and jet boat stuff for a long time. I don't doubt his/their work at all.

Actually seen one this weekend. As a picky welder I must say the welds and quality of work was good. Looked like it would be fun to drive! But I would like to see uhmw put on aluminum gets pretty sticky on rocks. Being 3/16” thick IMO it’s plenty tough enough and would take a good hit before it dented. It doesn’t weigh much so isn’t going to hit with as much force. Keep it light so it performs better.

Graphite paint may help and not as heavy as UHMW. It is a consumable product though.
Or maybe a product like wetlander or super slick.

$11,500 is pretty costly for an aluminum hull. I think you can buy the factory replacement hull for around $2000. The sparks are pretty modular in design. I would think the polytech hull is fairly tough as long as a person was not real aggressive in rock riding. Some pwc’s up the bow from ghost reservoir playing in the rapids towards horseshoe dam last weekend.
