Did the lower Elk river last Saturday...beautiful hot day.

Did the dump truck at Horizon Line but didn't flip her...everyone was fine.

We are in an outage at the plant. Im running the Millwrights on nights. Had them replacing rubber panels in the granulator the other night. Boys were drenched in sweat. And so happy they were on nights. I have no idea how day shift managed. Lol.

Even watching the fitters wearing a full 1 piece rubber acid suit up and down the stairs and inside the towers.
In +20 these suck to wear.

I been working in the yard, building my large storage building. Just got the frame done, now have to put the front and back door frames on then square it up and tighten it all. Went trough 35 - 500 ml water bottes in 2 days so far. Think I sweated it all out cause I only peed twice.
Am I the only dude who uses tap water??? We take two clamato jugs of tap water, sit them in the shade or bury them in the sand, and that does us for our 5-7 hours of work.

I am not a fan of bottle water either. I fill a 4l water jug half with ice, half water and slice up a lime and toss it in.

33 here today, and poor old Doo'n had to mark lines through a canola field half mile each way on 2 pipelines, needless to say it took awhile stopped every couple hundred feet. the old ticker was beating a drum solo at a rock concert.

Gotta look after yourself Larry as you are not a young pup anymore! We were tired from yesterday and lolly-gagged over coffee this morning and didn't get to work until 10:30 am. After a few hick-ups we got the window in by 3:00 pm. When I got the Tyvek yesterday, they gave me roofing Tyvek and I had to go to town to exchange it. I also ran into more than my share of nails today. At least, like yesterday, we were in the shade with an upwind from the lake and it was relatively cool.

Truck temp on the way home............and you smart arses that picked at my temperature picture yesterday can shove it. Here I sit in my house with the AC delightfully running with a cold one enriched with Clam and tabasco.
