I walked, yes I’ve seen a few half-ton on ice.

Hope it was thicker than 6" where the half tons were

10-12” of good ice on Wabamun near Fallis. Drilled about 30 holes.Some brave people took their trucks out. Most just parked near the shore on the ice.
