Looking at upgrading factory headlights on my 2012. Want to change the complete assembly not just bulbs or a conversion. Looking for good clean light that is much improved from existing and that I'm not going to get hassled about when I go into BC.
Any recommendations on which way to go Xenon, led, hid or oem?

Thanks,

Hid if you're going to swap the whole assembly. Recon is good stuff. Get their projector housings and bulbs.

Raptor retrofits seem to be popular on the f150 forums...not sure about one ton.

I ordered a set for my Dodge from them. Jeremy seems like a straight up guy and good reviews from the Dodge guys.

I'm in a 2011 and yah the stock lights suck...I'm running a 20 inch rigid tied into my hi beams now since new and haven't incountered any problems with the MAN! Gives off great light for the night runs. This way it comes with you when you sell the truck and move on to your next one.

I just installed some Rigid D2's in my crappy halogen Ford. Make a good bit of difference. Only 4 bills this way at least.
