I have never tried, nor do I know anyone who has.

independent of the quick drive vs. chain case discussion, what are you experiences with a 155x3"? and how might it differ from a 163x2.6"

this might not be a simple question (snow conditions etc..)

thanks.

Well I just bought a 19 800 155 with 3" they listed it incorrectly and I learned it was 3" after the fact, well rode it this weekend and had nothing but smiles, snow was probably 1-3 ft depending on where in a field you were, it stands up it's got the chain case obviously since it's a 3" rode my old man 163 2.6" same day, the 163 doesn't stand up as easy. I preferred riding my 155

On the bottomless powder days I still want my 163 by 3, but the other days, which there are plenty of, the 155 by 3 is such a great track. Ideally I would have a 155 and 174, but don't, so my 163 works for me as a compromise. But I don't think you can go wrong with that 155 by 3. For me I do prefer the 3 inch over the 2.6 regardless of the lenght...yet others love their 2.6 so its really an individual thing.
