I've been using the screwdriver trick for years. Just never thought of the pass thru.

I have the same crappy tire spring puller at home. One nice mod I did was rounded the edges. Makes those tough awkward springs way easier.

It costs a lot of money to get a patent. Could be looking at 50k easy. Nice looking tool though, but yeah a shoe lace works pretty well.

same as above,they are made by alot of tool manufactory for headlight spring tool on vehicles, just bought 3 of them for guys in are sled group. sorry but pat pending will not help since already on market

trouble with patents is all it takes is just one small change and your sol. :twocents:
