my son has a carb on his mini bike that is leaking fuel out the air filter the only thing i can figue out is that the float fork is not closing how can i fix that.

Did u remove the carb yet and chek to see if the float was sticking? with the carb out, fuel drained from carb, lightly Blow into fuel inlet with carb at normal position( like it is installed in bike) should flow air., now flip the carb upside down, blow again, should not flow air.

wow that's bringing back a very old post. I bet the problem is long gone
is it a Chinese bike? if so.lot of those carbs have no float adjustment. just buy a new carb on amazon. i have bought 18 carbs from there in last 3 yrs. all were great except one. tell me what kind of bike and i will look up the carb for you, email me kenvb@telus.net
