The PO of my sled had installed the Munster rail braces when he bought this sled, when he sold it to me he removed the braces as part of the deal. Wife bought me the braces (damn I love that woman) for Christmas and when I installed them I noticed that the PO didn't reinstall the bump stops. My question is are they really necessary or can I ride it without doing any damage to my rear suspension?
