Strip Loin steaks in Salmon Arm today..........pretty good price.
Vernon Superstore had some milk today but nothing else in Dairy, very little beef . Walmart had nothing for dairy products. D Dutchman dairy out of Sicamous is going hard on production but are now running low on glass milk jugs . Supplies are getting out to the stores but it’s slow. On a better note CPR put every piece of equipment they could find to work and the line is supposed to be opening today. A friend went back to work this afternoon on CPR moving freight and commodities .

Highway 3 Both Directions - Highway 3, in both directions. Mudslide between Sunshine Valley and Allison Pass Summit for 36.9 km (17 to 54 km east of Hope). Expect Major delays due to congestion. Open for essential travel only, defined in the Travel Restrictions Order through the Emergency Program Act. One lane each direction with areas of single lane alternating traffic. Watch for crews. From what I read, two different posts from DriveBC. The last one (mine) has one lane open and alternating traffic!

UPDATE: 5:15 p.m. The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure stresses that the re-opened Highway 3 corridor is only for essential travel and movement of goods.
