Merry Christmas Everyone
Where could I get some walleye? Man that looks good

There are quite a few lakes that have draw tags still open and quite a few have keep limits of one, two or three.
Just check the regs at Alberta Realm.

And yes they were delicious.

Tried out the new ooni pizza oven! Didn’t have dough so we just used naan bread , worked pretty good for a quick and easy meal! It was a lot of fun, cooks in about 90 seconds. //uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201228/9ee99b51e8bcf84932c47b4e3ec5abf7.jpg//uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201228/2b826702ac8ef3be99900fb9ab09961a.jpg//uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201228/9901c0a091c1d6497dfc85e094d303c0.jpg

Nice! I have a good dough recipe if you want it? We made homemade pizza on Christmas day for a change since it was just the family at home.

My parents raised 6 turkeys this summer. This big guy ended up being 33 lbs. Had to cut him in half to fit in the smoker. I injected him with 2 lbs of salted butter and basted him every hour. This one was named Christmas by our kids lol. 6 hours total smoking. Turned out great. We’ve had 36 meals and I froze 8 packs in the vac sealer.

Mennonite sausage on the Rocket Stove. And some flat pancakes for breakfast.

A small Prime Rib on the Q this afternoon for New Year day supper. Gotta start the New Year of with good food!!

Browned the pre-spiced roast on all sides and then put it into a small roasting pan with some water to make juice for gravy. Baked for an hour and a half and added water several times through the process. My better half looked after the Yorkshire puddings, potatoes, gravy, and veggies. A delicious meal and a great start to the New Year.

That would be awesome! I had my nephew pick me up some frozen pizza dough from Linas in yyc. It’s pretty dam good.

We just need to figure out the thawing, shaping and get the timing down.
But I sure love the oven. It cooks the pizza in 2 minutes or less, it’s good fun

That thing is now on my list of to buys! Wheredyagetit?

Kijiji, Hanks bbq, I had to go to Okotoks but I think he has a partner in yyc

Like a lot of stuff right now all on back order.
He talked me out of buying the bigger ooni pro and I’m sure glad he did. The Karu is perfect for me. Super easy to heat up and I ordered a travel bag so we can take it in the trailer this summer... hopefully!

The wife got me a green mountain grill pizza oven for my pellet smoker for Xmas. I was concerned at first as I have a Traeger 885 ironwood and wasn’t sure about compatibility. Turns out it fits perfectly with no mods. Works awesome. Pizza in 2-3 min.

Sorry for the delay. This is the recipe we use. I use a Kitchen Aid mixer with a dough hook to mix up the dough.
