Hey guys

So last winter i had the MAG side go on my 2016 800ETEC with 4000km on motor, Picked up a used long block motor
it was a 2014 2500km ruffly on motor installed it and got three rides on the motor and PTO side went, Sled was never overheated maybe 1 bar over a few times when trail riding nothing serious, Here are some pictures of the pistons looking for some guidance on what is happening?

That looks like cold seizure damage. You let your sled get to operating temp before getting on the throttle or are you a brapper right out the parking lot?
Over expansion of skirting is usually caused by poor warmups.

piston top/wash looks good.

side skirts look like zero oil.

Something to note is the exhaust - transfer ports crack on the etec. It is a rare case but does happen, check to make sure yours is not cracked on the cylinder wall in this area. could be a culprit in addition to lack of lubercation.
