Lol haha!, you may be right, that's actually my pic on the side! The jerky is really good, almost like beef jerky. The breast are awesome, get the northern mallards, pluck the breasts, then cut a special way that keeps the thick fat layer on the breasts. Pan fry with the skin side down until golden then flip to desired temp. Tastes like a steak with bacon.
