Alpha with blown engine value

Whats a 19 with an engine that quit worth. Don't know if it is top end or bottom but it just stopped and won't turn over. He doesn't want to deal with it

Not sure of km I will ask him tomorrow., He won't part it out. He will sell as is or repair and sell.

He didn't have many miles on it. First time it piled up it was new and they did one side on warranty, which I thought was just a patch job.
Maybe 500km on it since and it piled up again.
Dealer told him 3200 for a shortblock which doesn't include jugs and pistons and 5200 with them so he went over to Backus and bought a Polaris, Guess I still need to pack the tow gear lol

Ya unless he can get a motor for cheap and do the work himself.

Sold my freeride with a blown motor for 3500$ and it had 4g in shocks on it lol

I could pull it over, a little stiff lol He isn't mechanically inclined so I will help him tear it down after season is over and see how bad it is and he can decide. Be a good one for someone on here that likes the Alpha and doesn't mind a project. Sled is on great condition. He cold siezed it when it was new trying to get up the gravelpit over at Owlhead which started his troubles.
