680 triple in a 2001 mc chassis

so i have a 2001 mountain cat 800 with a blown motor, dont have the money to fix it. My buddy has a polaris 680 ultra with a wrecked chassis. Has anyone put a polaris triple in a mc chassis by chance? If not any tips on starting the project

That would be a sweet project. Mountain cat have chain case still? or diamond drive already?

they have the chaincase still, havent really started anything on the project, just realized that between me and my buddy we could put our two wrecked sleds together to make one haha

I don't, sorry. Try the sled parlor? Or get ahold of someone at psi. They made the best pipes for the old triples.
