Anyways, for this show show coming up on Oct 15-17 lets hope it goes as planned, guess we will wait and see. Proof of vaccination will most likely be a must a the entry to Expo center. I don't want to post that until its posted by Expo or the ASA.

That will drop the attendance by 50% and the volunteer workers too.

Haven't been home for the sled show in a handful of years so ill be going Saturday. Get the wife to take a covid test if its still accepted and my girls are under 12 so no issues there. If a negative covid test isn't accepted ill just go alone, can spend more money without the wife.

Kanedog 2015-2019, thanks for the good times S&M!
Y’all need to follow the example of Haydays, the biggest snomo meet in the world. There’s no negativity, no boohooing, no bellyaching or nothing. Everybody’s happy they gonna see Snomos and snomo friends, smiles all around.

Then ya got the local clowns 🤡 around here. Bitchin a bout this and that, the Didsbury genius employee won’t deliver items to the show for some misdirected righteous personal belief, suggesting to crash the gate, “I’m not going to the show” blah blah blah.
How tf can you expect a snomo show/industry to grow if you poopoo every little thing ya don’t like?
Y’all are a bunch stubborn, unhappy, bellyaching about every thing that is good, whiny, ditches. Duck y’all. What a waste of my energy. Go bother another industry where your ditch asses will be welcome.

For example, perhaps join a politics forum where ya can ditch your sass off and fellow members can say “here, here!” and join in your misery.

Now show some positively and support b4 ya squawk there’s no more sled shows. Sheesh.

For the positive peeps, you know who you are. Thanks fir making the industry and world a better place.
Word.

Word.

Haydays style show for Alberta is a excellent idea!!! You may be on to something.
ASA should look into this for next year, get some sled drags going. A real sled show event, maybe it’s time to try something different in a farmers field or out at castrol raceway.

I think people are forgetting why we support the sled show. Covid or not…
This is the 2016 prize and now it’s being used by my buddy’s 2nd grandson. He was the winner, not I. He showed me the video yesterday and I asked him if I could post it here, so people remember why we keep supporting the ASA.

20-30-40 or 50 of us sledders should all meet at the same time 6 PM Friday and walk right in without masks and nothing but smiles and dreams of new helmets and good deals on Klim stuff
You go first and we’ll sneak in when security takes you down. Haha

Me first for sure. Been doing it all along. Its Mandate. Not law.
Even got personally escorted into the court house in Edmonton as a witness hit and run last April. No mask.
