2021 Polaris 850 163 belt drive.
MTNTK pump gas turbo kit
power claw 162X3 track
Powder Freaks drivers
Mtntk antistab
Kurts gear down kit
SLP air intake
Cracing boost gauge mount
Autometer liquid filled boost gauge
Primary and secondary clutching.

Powder coated the rails, seat hoop, gauge mount, foot boards, all springs, front and rear bumpers.

Didn't like the black paint on the muffler or the pipe so had them coated as well.

The sled pulls real good on straight pump gas, to get a good baseline I started off with Polaris 10-74 weights in the primary with a 150-310 spring and at 4 pounds boost is running 8500.

Now going to feed it some weight, stay with 10 series Polaris and put in some 76 and diel the boost to spin 8400 that should be plenty to hang on to. If you know Polaris clutching at all pulling 74 grams at 4 pounds

at 8500 rpm with a 310 finish is impressive, this 850 makes some power. So time to crank up the boost and see where the pump gas limit is.

That’s a gorgeous sled Mr...!! That’s great to hear the MNTK is making good power as that’s impressive @ 4lbs.

Does the SLP Intake solve the air requirement enough? The stock obviously isn't enough.. as I've noticed.. but do you still experience bogging at all? I am thinking of putting a BD dildo out the top if this isnt enough.

Yet another gorgeous build sir! I much prefer boost over twin pipes..... but it still would have been wild to see twin pipe turbo lol.

Not bashing or anything, but just curious what the your cost is to build your sled(which looks awesome) compared to the new doo factory turbo cost is?

Ill check for you with out all the other stuff that is done to this sled, I comes out less money for sure. This sled is also capable of 10 pounds of boost at any given time where the skidoo is not. This set up with the same rider and a turbo skidoo would not be in the same ballpark.

Definatly a pretty bullet proof kit to run for sure.

LOL, And you’re gonna say your 4 lbs will outdo all the others at 18 lbs . Your buull$Hit quotient is certainly far greater ! No way he can compete with your Doolaid infection .

Did you have a chance to see what the max boost is that you can run on pump gas with your set up?
Thanks.
