Nice sled, would an alpha be considered a good starter sled or more for experienced riders?

I’ve been doing some research on them and see a mixed bag of opinions. Some guys say it’s real easy to get on its side and maintain a side hill, some say you have to be aggressive at all times

Common theme seems to be they aren’t the greatest on a whooped out trail, which is def understandable

Well this particular sled is my backup sled currently, I have owned polaris matryx slash, 18 cat twin rail, 17 gen 4 doo and now am currently riding a 23 doo turbo r.
I would have to say it is a different sled to get used too because when I hoped on it for the first time I found myself overriding it and was falling over lots because it is easier to get on its side. but by the time I was riding the second day on it I was riding it like my other sleds but yes it is different from any twin rail sled. I found it performs better in the deepest snow it just keeps going and will surprise u on what u can get out of.
As far as trail riding I always kept my speeds below 60 kph because it is a mountian machine and not a trail ripper but handling I found fine on trail to get to the goods.

The alpha does run warmer on trail so u have to keep an eye on temps. Overall the machine is fun and is will continue to be my backup if it doesnt sell. But the turbo r is just next level and for a experianced aggressive rider I will be on the turbo r as long as it lets me.
