Shot a nice doe on weekend, dressed out at 115#.
All jerky and honey garlic pepperoni.

The best part was the squirrels using the ladder to treestand and some brush to dry mushrooms.
Quite the stash and a lot of noise when I got close.

Sorry no deer pics, easy 20yd bow shot on Saturday night.

I took my buddy sheep hunting. This is his second year hunting sheep. Lucky bugger ends up getting a full curl 7.5yrs old ram. Opening day by 8:30am, sheep was down. We definitely worked for it though. 2 days of packing to get it out.

That would be a cool hunt, nice looking ram.
However it looks like he didn't put his head down and took one across the beak when ramming another ram. Or is that normal?

They call that a roman nose. Its a sought after feature, basically means he was aggressive and fought a lot. We seen him smashing heads with other rams.

Alot of nice pics boys and girls. Filled my first ever moose tag 2 Fridays past. 260 lb calf dressed. Can't get any pics to load. Headin out to try and fill my muley doe tag next weekend. Gonna let my13 yr old boy do the shootin if we get the opportunity. He had an exam the day we got the moose and missed it. Needless to say he was not a happy camper about school that day.

LOL. Nope hers. But took some newbie hunters out weekend before, and lent out my short mag (little more forgiving on marginal shot). Almost got a complex using hers!
