We have a Super 2008/2009 season planned.....
For anyone that turned in hours last season your name has been entered in a draw to win tickets to the ASA Banquet & Awards on September 13, 2008..
We will notifying the winners on Thursday of this week...
We truly appreciate all of our volunteers and thank you for all the hard work last season....
We have had people phoning already about dates: below is just a quick summary so far---we will be sending out a formal events schedule soon.
All meetings will be the first Monday of each month except September
We have changed the meeting format this year so it will be a social night out with basic information discussed
September 8th -social/meeting Michaels' Sports Bar & Lounge--7:30 pm
September 13 ASA Awards Banquet
Oct 6th-meeting
Oct 14- Zacs Tracs Beacon Workshop at Martin Motor Sports(New store) -there is a workshop registration form attached--please please email LeAnn if you are planning to go so I know how many Trail Seekers are going...
Oct 24-26th--ASA Show Edmonton
Oct 27-possible Zacs Tracs CAC session in Spruce Grove--please email LeAnn if you plan to attend this session as she needs to ensure we have enough interest in order to book this session....
Nov 1-Martin Swap Meet
Dec- Santa's Toy Run -Date to be announced

February- 7th -Our Poker Rally
February 13-15th- Whitecourt Trail Blazers hosting ASA Jamboree (with Freestyle Event & Poker Rally) phone and book a room ASAP as hotels as filling up.....we are staying
at the Nova
