20 axys 800, wear on weights

I was changing my weights last night and noticed some extensive (imo) wear to my weights. I will try and upload pics (edit: s/o to the new site that was really easy!)

It looks like the pin bushing has taken quite the side beating. Sled has ~279 miles, with about 240 of those miles running an altitude clutch kit

Any ideas what could cause this? The nut was tight on all 3

Side note: I think the shmegma looking stuff is soap residue from cleaning the primary lol

Looks like you need to replace the bushings and the pin that the weight pivots on. We had to do this on a 2017 800.

We replaced them at about 2000 miles last year then finished out the rest of the year and sold it this fall

Mine only has 281 miles haha.

Maybe it’s a bad omen

I’ll order a pushing kit and new pins asap l, thanks for the help!

that low of mileage should be a warranty issue
should put a dial guage on that crank
