Well just another control tactic here, what I don't understand is why there isn't a huge uproar over this stupid policy. We are all pretty redneck here in Alberta, who is gonna be staying within their 15 minute zone, not me, I will hop I'm my fire breathing beast and burn rubber for 15 minutes and get arrested before those asshats try to control where and when I can go somewhere, just more tree huggers and politicians getting together for a stupid cause, greenhouse gasses this is horsesh!t!!!!Anyone else feel the same way?

Edmonton is the Toronto/Vancouver of Alberta. So as long as the politicians sell the 15 min city idea under the guise of for your convince, environmentally friendly and safety the NDP voter base complies.

Now the idea of 15 min cities won’t fly with the rest of Alberta… well Calgary will probably comply at some point too.

Just follow the money on this, my buddy who lives in the Olds area told me that Olds got or gets $5 mill for the changeover from the government, frick how much does Edmonton or other bigger cities get? This is ridiculous, I hope some more info comes to light on this retarded move, I am more upset about this than the Netflix restrictions coming soon!!!!

So how does that benefit the individual politicians? Do they give themselves huge bonuses? Or do they just launder the money. I still don't see Is how it benefits them personally to implement this. They and their families will have to live in it.
