Just a quick tip, the bolts on the exhaust side of the turbo tend to come loose. Mine took up a half turn i noticed. double check yours. it seemed to effect performance as well, could just be my head. i know i am not the only one with this problem.

this weekend i am going to install some nordlok /serrated lock washers

Did you grab them from the garage? Should have been enough there. Not sure if I am riding tomorrow or not, still licking Wednesdays wounds. lol

too thick to utilize the factory bolts, I did look at that as well a internal lock washer. I personally don’t like either.

the schnorr lockwashers are the same style of ones that hold the governor cup down on the TRA clutch’s. Massive lock without scoring anything.

fouling plugs is a breakin deal mostly.... and that’s because your riding it like a girl. Get on the gas and burn the oil out of the dam thing![/QUOTE

shes way past break in. I Always warm it up. I fouled a plug but whateverI just mentioned it because a lot of guys with etec’s don’t even carry plugs. Mine **** the bed right after I started it on my deck. No big deal if you have a set of plugs

Pass Creek.
Every three rides required just under a turn.

Added a larger stove nut under longer bolts I found in my Ktm bolt kit.

But am also looking for M8 nordlocks.
Be real nice to add studs, spacers and nuts.

The real solution to this a schnorr safety lock washers. What do these look like you ask? There the same ones used on the TRA spring retainer bolts, those 3 funky washers. Hopefully skidoo sees the post and puts out a recall. Don’t even need to change the bolts to a longer style.

Is it more of a pain to put in plugs are the turbo sleds then even the 850s are? I had one go out on me as the dealer was loading it up after doing warranty work on my shot last year. I typically change the plugs after break in just out of habit. They are usually fine though but then I have a spare set i guess.
