Very similar, just a bit bigger. We are going 70x140. 1 - 40x20 powerlift door, 1 - 26x18 overhead, and 1 - 18x18 sunshine door. Infloor heat with 2” insulation under the slab. Might have to talk to the concrete man about pouring the insulation in the grade beam like that. Seems like a real good...
45-50$/sqft for a stick frame on a 4ft grade beam, finished and insulated. No plumbing or electrical. 20ft walls.
Very little price difference between pole shed and stick frame. Only extra cost is the grade beam and you make up most of that by not buying the pressure treated lumber for the...
Got to go for a ride in their prototype at the lake last year. Looked like it was very well built. Lots of nice features. Maybe a little over the top for what lots of people want from a mini, but it sounded like they would build it for you however you wanted. Could go without all the fancy stuff...
Ya that’s not true at all. Unless you are under 4000ft or the snow conditions are terrible, the turbo has a substantial advantage in the trees. And everywhere else for that matter. Only down side is the fuel and oil consumption.
They are pretty phenomenal machines. 500km now and loving every minute. Hard on fuel and oil when it’s deep though.

Don’t put a turbo on that thing. Every single 800 etec with a turbo I have seen has broken a rod. One at 300km, one at 5000km and a few more in between. Only a matter of time.
Interesting about the fuel consumption. The only polaris guy I ride with uses consistently 20% more fuel than I would in his new 850 pro. Both the same track length and riding all the same lines. The couple of factory turbos we demoed are a very different story though. Those things are thirsty.
