I just finished putting in the rollover valve and also a high flow air intake, by cutting a hole in the hood. She now looks and sounds mean! 265 hp here I come I am ready to rock!

Cam gears are marked already. Just make sure you take them out at TDC. I marked the chain (16 teeth in the chain between top of cam gears) I used some paper whiteout to just mark the exact tooth where it came off and it went back together very easy peezy. Just put a screwdriver or something...
It went really well, but took way longer than I expected. The stock bolts came out easy and the new studs went in smooth. Just don't bottom out the studs. If you do it will leave one thread on the nut above the stud. Trick I did was put on the nut and washer on the stud where I wanted it to end...
Yes, it bends to the right and also if I remember another bend up near the top.
it brings it forward about 2 inches in front of the hoop.
you will need to reverse the steering hoop mount
from behind the hoop to in front.
you will need to notch out the hood to make it close.
i also remember...
I bought mine from CR Racing.
I would highly suggest buying one
with the cost of the chromoly and the
bends required I don't think I would challenge it..
just my opinion
You would think that with all the money cat spends on R&D.
that I should not have to cut out the foam from the seat.
Cat must understand that heading out into the back country
without a belt is just plain stupid.
I guess I am gonna try and pack a couple in my backpack.
Where is everybody placing the spare belt on the M1100T?
its my first sled that has not had a place to put the belt.
I thought you were supposed to keep the belt as close to its original shape.
Twisting it up in front of the can or in the cooler bag does not make much sense to me.
Go with a Speedwerx H5 alloy spring (Echo Cycle in Edmonton is a distributor) The cat and Polaris spring is the same.
Use a thunder products clutch spring glide washer kit on either side of the spring this will stop the spring from binding up.
Speedwerx H5? Arctic Cat & Polaris Primary Clutch...
well everybody has options I guess..
he is saying $350 for the HPS can and $350 for the 13:1 head..
or I guess you could buy another can for less and annoy your riding buddies plus give you issues...
