shortly after putting a high elevation pipe on, my egt failed. Replaced with working used one and it lasted a day. Same code. would I be smart to go back to stock pipe and try again? or is the sensor ruined and I need to replace anyway?

stock secondary spring and stock helix. All original as far as I am aware. The primary spring as an extra 20# finish already...strange. No fuel controller required.

So I installed jaws single pipe on my 16' axys 800 with 155 3" track. I have a 120-340 primary spring for little higher finish, otherwise stock clutching (eg. 64gr weights). I only hit 8100 rpm in the mountains and Jaws recommends 8400. Any experience with this pipe and what are you...

I would think a primary spring with lower engagement, and gear it down a bit. I always do. makes a different for me when picking through the trees.

I am thinking of welding a couple support pieces for my track/skid. I have see the odd one but never got a chance to look closely. Didn't MLine make some too? My loading bar is square (STF) so shouldnt be too hard to fab. Any pictures of your design?

Thanks JMCX I took your lead and worked on my current bendix. It seemed gummed up and teeth were mangled. cleaning, lithium grease, and some time with a dremmel. and It engages and pops back very good now.

so my starter gear has ground down and wont engage the primary. when looking at the parts list I see tow parts: the assembly for $225 and spring, bendix for $26. I read somewhere the polaris doesn't sell just the starter gear and I cant find pictures of what is included in the $26 part. is...
