High water on the Oldman right now. Made it all the way up by the Highway 22 bridge from the reservoir. Found out that the mini doesn't have enough steam to power up some of the high flow areas, so jumping rapids is the only way up. haha.

Water was high on the Sheep River, was able to make it up pretty far the other day. Highwood hasn't started to rise yet though.

Had the mini in the upper Red Deer yesterday, what a blast that area is.

Yeah, for sure! There is also a pump for it in Calgary and it's the priced the same as regular 87 fuel. 85% Ethanol / 15% 87 octane. Free race gas! Car makes 40hp more on ethanol than it made on 108 octane as well.

I should clarify, my turbo car loves e85. It allows me to run more boost, similar to higher octane. But, safer according to the tuner. I'd love to know why sleds hate it though.

I had a ethanol content sensor / gauge in my car all summer. Numerous fill ups at Shell, Petro and Chevron. I'm yet to see any ethanol content showing up in their fuel so far. Doesn't it say "could contain up to 10% ethanol"? Surprised that people aren't running ethanol in turbo sleds, my car...

Rode Forster Saturday and Sunday. Parking lot was a mud pit, trail in is slush to KM22 ish, good after that. Snow was good up high, lots of wind.

Right on, I've been there in the summer. Do you know how far in staging would be? I can't find much online about sledding that zone, only for ice fishing the lake.
