does any one know the route from east of hiensburg salt plant to bonnyville? we always went up the hill across the hiway then had to open/close a gate go by some cattle then head north. this was an old map. just wondering if this is the proper way because of the cattle?
went out today 2-3 ft of powder where the wind didnt blow 2 ft on the hills 3-4 ft on side hills. 137x1.75 track on my 1200 gade got to be careful or you are buried. definitely a long track year
there was good riding north of gas camp to the iron bridge last year . maybe the trail could go over the bridge then east. was awesome conditions there in feb last year. might put 5-10 more miles on.

no need for extra fuel.towns are about 20-30miles apart with fuel and food right on the trail, usually a gas station. each town has a off load spot and away you go.last year we went east of st.paul then north to bonnyville then back to st.paul .
