Vintage derby in Togo is Feb.14 2016. Roughly 30 miles scenic groomed trail. Snow is actually decent in the area. They also have there derby for the newer machines same day. It is two entirely separate trails.
If the easy things check out ok I would definately check out the primary clutch. You might as well clean and replace worn parts in your secondary clutch while you are at it.
Had a set on my old 2012 rmk and they worked good. I was bad for not putting scratchers up when in reverse is why I went with them. Putting a set on my new sled. It's a 5 minute install on the rmk.
I have found maquirs works best for me. It also leaves no residue so if you ever decide to paint the hood in the future the new paint won't have a bad reaction.
I personally thankyou for your apology. It takes a good person to do that. I have had both family and friends killed and some disabled for life due to drinking and driving. Some of them were car/truck and few others were sleds and quads.

Imo I would check out the brp etec 600, the polaris Indy 600 and rmk 600 with 144 track. All excellent machines. I had a 4 stroke which was a very dependable sled but if you get stuck you better have help to get it out.
I haven't driven a cat 4stroke but I use to have a four stroke 750 dragon and you could hear the track and chain. It's more than likely normal with cat as well.
