I've only done it where I've taken the PL box off and reconnected the MCX system. I know you will need the pump to run the extra injectors and it can just be teed into the fuel line to feed more fuel. Neil with boost it should be able to set you straight, I'm sure he has done a few of these...
Buying a trailer here pretty quick to replace the one I lost in the Slave Lake fires. There's no way I'd buy one of these, these are not minor issues. Anyone with one of these trailers needs to get it checked before someone gets killed on the highway because of it.
The Apex 290 kit uses the 19T and has only been around for a couple of seasons. All the earlier kits ran the 16T Mitsubishi turbo. The Apex kits were 310 at 17psi with the extra fuel pump. Lots of them out there.
Re: Do yow wear an Avalanche Air Bag in the Mountains
Have had an ABS 30 for several seasons now. I don't plan on having to pull the trigger but just in case ( I have pulled it for testing a couple of times). Don't plan on getting in an Avy but still did Zac's course as well. I think you...
.....that you just can't get away with running 19lbs of boost on pump gas. Well you can get away with it for a while, but after 10,000km and losing your coolant, it might bite you ;)
You can't anodize steel. It only works on aluminum. I had a bunch of stuff anodized for my new sled and it doesn't work on steel or titanium. Anodizing actually oxidizes the aluminum but doesn't add any measurable thickness. powdercoat adds a layer (just like paint) but if your engine mount...
Maybe I'll just fix it so the boost can't be adjusted. 19psi on pump is a little too much imo. It would have probably never let you down if you hadn't overheated it and kept riding
