Ordered the 850 Sportsman last June. Finally got here last week. The 1000 was ordered at the same time and the guy backed out. Took them both. It looks like the 850s they're ordering now have gone up from $800 to $1300 US, depending, and the 1000s have gone up over $2000US. Don't know what...

I'd also written this elsewhere. I'll just copy and paste, and park it here. Kind of comparing it to a Northstar Ranger.
It now has over 7500 Miles on it. A...

Have been replacing fuel pumps on Polaris Sportsmans and Ranger with these, for a while now. Have had good luck with them, much better than the factory fuel pumps on machines that get lots of hours. Not that there isn't necessarily something out there that's equally as good or better, but just...
The '19 has the same problems with the clutch not releasing as the '18 and they haven't been able to fix it well. Was told by the dealer that there's a recall. We shall see.
I've had a fallen tree branch break the floor of a Ranger before, but this would really suck.....assuming it's real. Should it be bleeding more?

If I understand correctly, they have signed up, and are looking for more dealers in Canada. I wouldn't mind trying one if they got a decent cab enclosure and heater at a reasonable price, say in March for another calving rig. So is it really a side x side?
I read that there are bolt stops on...
Going to continue this https://www.snowandmud.com/the-mud-pit-chat/113852-18-ranger-2.html thread here.
It has ~4500 miles on it now. Used it day and night calving out cows.
Have had to replace 3 tires, 2 in back and 1 in front. They all got cuts in the sidewalls.
The 4 wheel drive quit...

Needed a new side x side in the worst way. I weakened and told the dealer to put me down for an
'18 Ranger 1000 Northstar HVAC, over the phone. should be here within a month.
They're supposed to have some improvements, but haven't seen one. The belt, clutching, and air intake improvements...
My son was riding this Polaris Sportsman (this last Wednesday). Had gotten it back from the dealer a couple weeks ago, where they had replaced a crankshaft seal, as it was leaking a good bit of oil. Anyway, he was out checking calves on it, riding it standing up, probably having a little fun...
