Went to Barnes lake yesterday. About 4ft of soft snow. Really good riding. Base is starting to form and stumps are becoming less of an issue. The swamp area below still had some open water sections.

Took a ride today. 4”inches on the main road and average 1 to 1.5ft’ in rain gauge. No base at all.

About that time of year to put the feelers out for riding conditions. Anyone been out to check on conditions?

Did you have to do clutch work when you geared down this low? I just installed these gears this summer but know I'm wondering if I need to get heavier weights or do something to the spring? I have the SLP blue spring and 62g weights now.
