It says the mfg date was 11/99. So 2000?

What's the trick to getting to it?

Nothing on air box. Maybe thats impossible to get to thing under the motor? The main fuel line runs into it, then the two carb lines and a vent line run out.

I should add that I cleaned the carbs, and have fresh plugs.
